complete solutions in the field of Li-ion battery recycling.
In the customer’s pre-process, Li-Ion batteries are crushed and dried. The SWISSRTEC module separates the loose black
mass, separator foil and heavy parts in a first step. The anode and cathode material is fed to the BATTERY MASTER MILL. In the separation unit, the now detached black mass, copper and aluminum are separated. The dedusting system allows a residual dust content of < 0.01 mg/m3.
